Principle of operation |

|
|
|
The injection is made using equipment low pressure equipped with a cycle counter. This ensures a uniform distribution of the product and the creation of a homogeneous zone of blocking of upward moisture. |

Mode of use |

|
a) Preparation of the support:
In order to obtain an optimal result, the zone of injection will have to be cleared and deprived if possible of the wall linings and paintings.
b) Drilling of the openings of injection:
- This one can be done as well starting from the interior outside of the building.
- To drill holes 12 mms in diameter.
c)
- drilling must be done in the horizontal joint nearest to the ground.
- the distance between the openings of injection will be approximately 12 cm.
- the depth will be approximately 2/3 the thickness of the wall.
d) Injection:
- To pour the product in the tank of the equipment low pressure and to pressurize it from 2 to 8 kg/cm3.
- To place and tighten the injectors at the entry of the openings of injection.
- To inject the product by controlling the flow using the cycle counter.
The quantities injected must be 1.5 to 2 Liters per linear metre for 10 cm thickness.
E) the draining:
The zone of blocking of upward moisture is effective after 72 Hours.
The duration of draining of the wall can nevertheless be from 6 to 18 Months according to the nature of the wall, its thickness and especially, its water content and the external and interior conditions of environment. |
