Our product reference 428 one neutralizing alkaline especially is formulated to neutralize the supports pickled with an acid solution.
Indeed, it happens that after the first rinsing, of the white traces appear. This phenomenon is generally related to the degree of porosity of the support which, at the time of the application of the product of scouring, retains in-depth more or less significant quantities of product.
It is advisable to remember that during the use of pickling solutions in aqueous phase, the support must, before the application, being saturated with water. After scouring, the support abundantly will be rinsed then neutralized. One will finish with a last rinsing.
The product can also be used to neutralize the acid solutions before rejection with the sewer. |

1) NEUTRALIZATION AFTER DECAPAGE
The product is used on any type of support, always diluted to 10 % approximately. To pulverize the product on the support, to let act 2 to 3 mn, to rub if necessary, and to rinse abundantly.
2) NEUTRALIZATION BEFORE REJECTION A THE SEWER
The quantity to be used depends on the concentration of the solution to neutralize. As an example, for a solution of product PH1, one will add the following quantities of 428 :
10% of total volume for a final pH of 4.5
15% of total volume for a final pH of 5.5 |

Precautions for use |

|
|
|
Taking into account the corrosive character of the product, one will respect the usual precautions of use and in particular the wearing of gloves and glasses. In the event of accidental projection, to rinse abundantly with water. |
